Andrea brings deep expertise across Leadership, Human Resource Management, Executive Coaching, and Executive Search - paired with a legal background  and years of organizational development experience. She works with senior leaders, people leaders, and next-in-line executives, navigating complex challenges and looking to move into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

As a practicing attorney with a background in employment and public interest law, Andrea understands the legal and human complexities leaders face in today’s workplace. Her years in nonprofit executive leadership - including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and, later, Chief Administrative Officer at the Nonprofit Finance Fund - give her firsthand insight into what it takes to build strong teams and lead organizations through real change.

For over a decade, she has coached senior leaders and executives through career transitions, while continuing to teach and consult in human resource management — work that keeps her attuned to how organizations evaluate, develop, and select leadership talent today.
